Breathing is especially important during pregnancy; it ensures efficient removal of waste products as well as plentiful supply of oxygen for both the mother and child. Effective breathing purifies and calms the nervous system and induces a feeling of pleasant wellbeing.
Pregnancy and childbirth are both situations that are helped by effective breathing. There are some breathing exercises that can be beneficial during pregnancy both for you and your baby
Pregnant will be able to master and learn pranayama's and know balanced breathing before birth.
This course contains five lectures designed for approximately 126 minutes using videos

Pradeep Acharya is a mechanical engineer who turned into a successful brain engineer and is dedicated to educating the pregnant couple to realize the power they possess during pregnancy. Acharya along with his wife has helped 1000’s of pregnant couple in all stages of their journey towards motherhood.
Acharya has been married to Yashodha for 12 years and they live in Bangalore. They are blessed with two divine children Deep & Kanasu; both were healthy pregnancies and natural births.
